How to Write a Blog Post (Information Report)

After writing you read this you will know how to writing a imformation Report.

Material:

  • Chromebook or Paper
  • Pen or Pencil

Steps:

  1. Get a Chromebook or Paper and Pen or Pencil
  2. Write a Title of the topic. For example: A title can be: How to write a Blog Post.
  3. Write a introdution of the topic. For example: Blog post are how you post your learning online.
  4. Write a information of the topic. For example: Blog post are sharing your learning online and comment to other peoples blogs.
  5. Write a conusion. For example: Blogs can be sharing your learning online and comment to others blogs.

How to Write a Blog Comment

I learnt how to write a blog comment.

First talked in a partner what the 6 thing you need to write a blog comment. The 6 are:Greeting, Positive feedback, Helpful feedback, Thoughtful Comment, Make a connection, and Ask a question.

Next we got into partner and made a google slide to write a blog comment on one of our blog post and put it on the google slide.

Lastly we had to label the 6 parts of how to write a blog comment.

I enjoyed this because I learnt how to wirte a blog comment. I did well on commenting. I need to improve on add the 6 part of how to write a blog post.

 

Cybersmart

There are two diffrent kawa of care rules. They are: School Responsibilities and Responsible Use.

The Responsible is: To use School Login Only, Stay Cybersmart and Not using Gaming and Other Sites. School Login Only: We should only use our school accounts in our computers. It is also 13 + to make a google accounts. Stay Cybersmart: We should follow cybersmart to keep ourselves and our family safe. Gaming and Other Sites: We should not use gambling sites or other small sites that has lots of ads that can put viruses inside of our computer.

The School Responsibilitie is: Monitoring Use, Loan Devices, and Warranty. Warranty: The warranty is 3 years and valid if the kawa of care has been followed. A normal Warranty is 2 year. Loan Devices: The school has loan chromebooks for students to use when their chromebook is in repair or left at home. Warranty: The warranty is 3 years and valid if the kawa of care has been followed. A normal Warranty is 2 year. 

The two diffrent kawa of care rules are School Responsibilities and Responsible Use.

Kawa of Care

Kawa of Care is an agreement between students, parents and schools to ensure the best care and responsibility is exercised with Chromebooks.

Keep food and drink away from the netbook. Wash and dry hands after eating, before using the netbook.

Work on a hard table with plenty of airflow around the netbook to stop overheating and damage.

Always close the netbook before moving around with it. Always use the netbook case for transporting the netbook.

Kawa of Care helps teachparents and kids to keep our chromebooks safe for learning.

Minimum Age

Minimum age requirement are important because there might be inappropriate content, swear words in games, and hackers.

There are minimum age restriction because it keeps kids safe from things on the app. Example of apps restriction are: fornite – 7+, tik tok – 13+, and roblox – all ages.

Minimum age restriction are important because people can steal information from you.

Cybersmart

I learnt about smart searching.

First we need to search up spider flower and flower spider to see what differences it makes.

Next we search up who and cars with “a” and “the” and took a screenshot. What makes the differences is: the order of words, and small words. What doesn’t makes the differences is: the questions marks, capital and lower case letter, misspelling,

Lastly we answer the question like: Misspell your school’s name in the google search bar. What does google do to your search? Google auto corrects the spelling.

I enjoyed thsi becuase I learned about smart seaching. I did well on finding the pictures I need to improve on writing the answers.

Online Dangers

There are lots of different dangerous situations. Some were: posting private information, scam, and phishing.

Posting private information is telling people something private. For example: Hi Jack. Do you want to come with me and Siale to the movies? Mum says she will pick you up. Just post your address here and we’ll pick you up. solution get your parents in contact with each other.

Scaming is passing someone money thinking that he is poor. For example: “I am a prince who has been exiled from his kingdom. I ask you to help me by donating just 100 dollars. I will pay you back when I can pay for my freedom and get back to my kingdom.” solution report as spam, block, delete.

Phishing is when people send clickbait messages making you join a scam or downloading dangerous software. For example: “You have won 1, 000 000 dollars! Click here to get your money.” The solution to this is to ignore it.

These are many different kinds of dangerous situations.

Google Meets and Polite Emails

Today I learned how to write a polite email.

First we talked about what a polite email need. An email needs: subject, greetings, body, farewell, and signature.

Next we Learned how to use Google Meet. To use google meet you have to mute yourself so the other people in the meeting don’t hear what sound is in your backround. If you want to open mute you have to raise your digital hand.

I enjoyed learning how to write a polite email and Google Meet. I did well on joining the Google Meet. I need to improve on write polite emails
